Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of https://crm.mrpaintauto.lk, including the Digital Service Book and the business system used by Mr.Paint ("we", "us") and its staff. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The services

• Digital Service Book — lets customers view their vehicle's service and repair history, photos, invoices and warranties after confirming their identity with a one-time code.
• Job progress and media links — pages we send you to follow a job and see its photos and videos.
• Business system — used by our staff and authorised users to run the workshop, accounts and stock. Access is by invitation only.

2. Your account and access

• Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your sign-in.
• Only look at vehicle records you are entitled to see — your own vehicle, or one you are authorised to act for.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to reach records, pages or data you have not been given access to;
• interfere with, overload, probe or try to break the site's security;
• copy or scrape data from the site by automated means;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to harm anyone.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

4. Repairs, prices and warranties

The work we do on your vehicle, its price and any warranty are governed by the estimate, job card and invoice for that job, not by these terms. Records shown online are provided for your convenience; if they differ from the signed or printed documents, the printed documents apply.

5. Messages

By giving us your mobile number you agree that we may send you SMS and WhatsApp messages about your jobs, invoices, service reminders and sign-in codes. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

6. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and the site available, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be incomplete, out of date or unavailable, for example during maintenance.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design and software, and the Mr.Paint name and logo belong to us. Photos and documents of your vehicle are provided for your own personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information, including data received through Google APIs, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
